WHY CONSIGN?

  1. Unlike consignment stores, you set the price for your item.

  2. You don't have to create, organize & manage your own yard sale.

  3. You get 70% - 75% of the selling price.

  4. We do all of the marketing...we are a well-advertised sale.

  5. You get to shop before we open to the public.
  6. We do all the selling. (We include all racks, tables, signs, bags, etc.)
  7. You do not have to be there for the sale.
  8. All of your unsold items will be grouped for you at the end of the sale for easy pick-up,

      or if you choose, we will donate your remaining items to charity.

2.  Wire hangers (find at local dry cleaner or start saving them :) or you can use plastic hangers,

     pant hangers will not be accepted

4.  Gallon & quart Ziplock bags

     All items must be entered into your inventory online by 11:59pm on

         Sunday, MARCH 17. You will not be able to make any

             changes to your inventory after this time, but you

         can still print your tags

What To Bring:

ALL CLOTHING ITEMS MUST SECURELY BE ON HANGERS OR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
        

 

Clothing:

Gently worn or new SPRING & SUMMER baby, children's (infant to teen size 20) and maternity. We cannot accept items with stains, holes, or overly worn. Please hang leggings/pajamas/shorts on hangers WITH SAFETY PINS. It is easier for buyers to see the item and helps you get the item sold

Other Items:

Shoes, toys, baby equipment and furniture, bedding, videos (videos must have their original cover, we will not take any videos without covers), dvds, bikes, sporting goods, games, books, puzzles, strollers, highchairs, baby pools, outdoor play, anything to do with kids. If you have equipment that requires assembly, please bring the proper tools for assembly. You are responsible for putting the item together (cribs, swings, etc), this helps sell your item. If you have the original manual to the equipment, put the manual in a Ziploc bag and tape or safety pin it to the item. - There is no limit!

(No stuffed animals please)

Quality Items:

All articles should be clean, complete and in good working condition. Please be highly selective and do not bring stained or worn out clothing or clothing missing buttons or with holes in it. All baby equipment should be clean, complete and in good working condition. Also, do not sell toys unless they have ALL of the parts. If an item is battery operated, make sure that is has working batteries in it when you sell it so that people can tell that it is in working order. Please help us maintain a high standard of quality by only bringing items that you would want to purchase.                        to make sure your items have not been part of a recall ~ we will not be allowed to sell any items that have been part of a recall. We cannot sell any drop side cribs. Please DO NOT BRING ANY CRIBS with sides that are movable. We ask that each seller be responsible and check all of their items before hand. Thank you.

Tags:

Please                            for details on tagging your items. This process is simple and will make the

KELLY'S KIDS Consignment Sale efficient and accurate. Please use ONLY CARDSTOCK TAGS

(90 lb card stock paper or higher)! Please don't use stickers, paper or write on ziplock bags.

Handwritten tags are not permitted. Tags must be from our online tagging system.

Registration Fee:

$10 non-refundable consignor fee will be deducted from your earnings check.

Boxes:

Please bring one box or bin large enough to hold all your loose items and write your consignor number on it in large black marker. We will place all your unsold items in this box for you when you pick up. You will get your box back, if you have a lot of items, please bring more than 1 box or bin, the more the better.

 

Drop off and pick up info:

Drop off items:  Please have your items sorted by gender and size before arriving. Please check in at the registration table. You will need to confirm your consignor number, address, phone number and email. We will be checking your items for tagging. Any items that do not meet our quality guidelines will be refused. Please make sure you follow the guidelines.

Please allow yourself enough time to drop off your items. Consignors are responsible for bringing their own items in. 

         
Also pick up your consignor shopping passes, all consignors will be given two passes. Spouses are required a pass to enter the sale. Only people with passes will be able to enter the consignor sale.

        
Pick up unsold items: All unsold items are available to be picked up

Sunday from 2pm-3pm. All items will be sorted for you by consignor number. Be sure to check lost and found area to make sure none of your items were lost. Unsold items that are not picked up will be donated to charity of our choice. We regret that no alternate pick-up arrangements can be made. Please have a friend pick up your items if you are unable to do so. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. We are not responsible for unsold goods due to lost tags. There will be a lost and found section for items that may lose their tags.
