From your consignor Dashboard, find the bank account setup card and click the button to begin the Stripe onboarding process.
Stripe will open a secure setup form. Start by entering your email address. This is the email Stripe will use to send you payout confirmations.
Stripe will send a verification code to your phone number to confirm your identity. This is a standard security step.
Stripe is required by law to verify the identity of anyone receiving payments. You'll need to provide some basic personal details.
This is where you tell Stripe where to send your earnings. You can connect using your online banking login (instant) or by entering your routing and account numbers manually.
Before finishing, Stripe will show you a summary of everything you've entered. Review it carefully and click Submit to complete your setup.
Once your setup is complete, your bank account status on the Dashboard will show "Active." After the sale, Kelly will process payouts and your earnings will arrive within 2 business days.

No. The Stripe setup form creates a connected account for you automatically. You don't need to visit stripe.com or sign up separately.
If you have an existing Stripe account with the same email, Stripe may recognize it. You can use your existing account or create a new one — either works fine.
Use a personal checking account for the fastest deposits. Savings accounts work too but may have transfer restrictions. Business accounts are also accepted.
Kelly will process payouts after the sale settles (typically within a few days after the sale ends). Once sent, funds arrive in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
