Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Create Your Consignor Account

Click Create Free Account, linked directly to Kelly's Kids Sale. If you already have an account from a previous sale, simply sign in - no new account needed.

  • Use the same email you always use
  • Your items from past sales can be reused
Step 2

Register for the Sale & Sign Agreement

Once logged in, register for the Spring 2026 sale and sign the consignor agreement online. This takes just a few minutes and confirms your spot as a consignor.

  • Registration is $10, which will be deducted from your settlement payout
  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • Your consignor number will be assigned
Step 3

Enter Your Items Online

Log in to your Consignor Account and enter your items. For each item, enter a description, price, category, size, and choose whether to discount (half price on the last day) or donate unsold items to charity.

  • Minimum price: $2.00 per item (in $0.50 increments)
  • Check Discount to allow half-price on the last day
  • Check Donate to donate unsold items to charity
  • You can enter items up to the deadline set by Kelly
Step 4

Print Your Barcoded Tags

After entering your items, print your barcoded tags directly from your Consignor Account — no labels needed! The barcode prints right on the tag. Attach each tag to your item using a safety pin or tagging gun.

  • Print on white cardstock for best results
  • Tags can be reused from sale to sale
  • Attach tags securely so they don't fall off
Step 5

Drop Off Your Items

Bring your tagged items to the sale location during drop-off on Sunday, March 22 from 12-7 and Monday from 9-7. Items should be clean, in good condition, and properly tagged. Anything with stains, rips, not gently used and not in working condition will be put in the donation pile.

  • Items must be clean and in working condition
  • Clothing should be on hangers
  • Bring items in boxes or bins for easy transport. Rubberband and organize your clothing by size and gender to make it easy for you to put away.
Step 6

Get Paid — View Your Settlement

After the sale, log in to your Consignor Account to view your settlement report — see exactly which items sold, your total earnings, and your consignor payout. You earn 70% of everything you sell!

  • You earn 70% of your total sales, 75% if you become a Team Member and help out for 4 hours
  • Settlement reports are available after the sale closes each night
  • Payout is handled by Kelly — check your email for details
